Exciting changes are on the horizon for Reason Digital. Our leadership team is evolving as we say goodbye to our Managing Director, Ben White, after a decade, and we are thrilled to welcome Mark Sharp as our new CEO.
Ben joined Reason Digital in 2015 as Project Management Lead before being promoted to the role of Managing Director in 2018. He played a pivotal role in successfully steering the business through the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, he has overseen a period of unprecedented growth during which Reason Digital has scaled to revenues of almost £3 million, employing 45 employees.
Ben’s contribution to Reason Digital has been phenomenal, and luckily, we are not losing him! Ben will be taking on the role of Managing Director at our sister company, Impact, and will retain the position of Director at Reason Digital. We are grateful to have worked with Ben over the last 10 years, both as part of the team and as a leader. He’s looking forward to his new role as Director and seeing what is next for our incredible team under Mark’s leadership.
Joining our executive board in the newly created position of CEO, is Mark Sharp. Mark has more than 21 years of experience in his field, notably with Code Computerlove – a specialist user-experience-focused design and innovation agency that is part of EssenceMediacom North – the UK’s most successful full-service media agency.
Mark is delighted to begin his new role as CEO and to continue the excellent work that Ben and the whole team have established over the years. He will leverage his experience to assist and help to drive the Reason Digital team to achieve its mission and consistently deliver value for existing and potential clients.
It’s an exciting time for our award-winning agency and we welcome new leaders to enable us to reach the ambitious goals we have set for the next few years. The latest leadership changes, as well as our recent B Corp certification, will help Reason Digital continue its mission as one of the most exciting and rapidly growing digital solutions providers for the UK charity sector and a go-to tech-for-good growth partner.
