Deborah: Operations Director

Deborah is our operations director – bringing over  20 years digital delivery experience to this project

Deborah has successfully delivered large scale bespoke digital solutions across local government, private and public sectors for global names like Toyota, British Medical Association (BMA), and the NHS.

She is passionate and focused on ensuring quality and effective delivery for our clients with an uncanny knack of being able to ‘get things done’.

Jo: Project Manager

Jo: Project Manager

Jo Astley is a Mid-Senior Project Manager at Reason Digital. Having started her career in a commercial setting managing housing association website builds, apps and animations, she moved to an in-house role where she managed a large scale software platform, whilst leading multiple teams, clocking up nearly 11 years experience in the digital realm. Being a certified scrum master, she is adaptable to both traditional waterfall or agile methodologies.

Jenni: Project Manager

Jenni: Project Manager

Jenni has 9.5 years of digital delivery experience.  

Her digital career has ranged from web and native app builds in agile start-up environments, to senior project leadership within an ecommerce agency; expediting website builds for B2B and B2C retailers including Celtic FC. Before joining the team at Reason Digital Jenni led product development within an education non-profit.   

Jenni is highly proficient in agile, waterfall, and blended delivery methodologies and strongly believes in finding the ‘right tool for the job’. 

Laurence: Project Manager

Laurence: Project Manager

Laurence is a Project Manager He has over a 20-year agency career where he worked across a breadth of sectors from non-profit to FMCG and pharmaceutical. These include leading diverse on clients, including Basketball England, the national body for the sport, charities including Living Streets who champion walking, DKMS a blood cancer charity and the British Nutrition Foundation with a mission to improve the health of the nation. He has delivered eCommerce solutions, apps and interactive and experiential experiences for fashion, finance, pharmaceutical, engineering and other sectors using a variety of technology platforms. Laurence also has a strong background in media and marketing to help a strategic approach to solution-finding. He is passionate about living in a better, fairer world with equality, sustainability and harmony. To work towards these, he lives by the values of integrity, honesty and fairness. 

In his free time, he has completed several charity fundraisers, including a 24-hour basketball game, completing a triathlon for the Stroke Association, raising £4,000 and a 100km Mountain Bike challenge for Mencap, amongst others. Rescued a dog from the streets of Bosnia – now living their best life! 

Fatima: Project Manager

Fatima is a PMI certified PRINCE2, Agile and CAPM project manager with 5+ years experience delivering both agile and waterfall digital and business change projects across retail, wholesale and government sector industries. Have driven both small and large-scale web-based projects including a £15m digital transformation strategy for one of the UK’s largest retail brands as well as leading website builds for business start-ups, political candidates and for a range of NGOs. She has a strong track record of managing small and large teams with experience in building rapport with stakeholders across the board, from grassroots to C-Suite. Ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly and in detail, allowing developers to meet client expectations effectively. She is commercially savvy, with experience in driving business growth through general business management, digital marketing and ecommerce data analysis. 

Kevin: Project Manager

Kevin: Project Manager

Kevin Elliott is a mid-senior project manager and has worked in digital since completing his BSc in computer science in 1999. After a short stint at Virgin Atlantic in the business consultancy unit, he went on to work in several startups and agencies. He ran a Brighton-based digital agency for 13 years. He has managed web projects across many sectors, including clients such as Capita, Toshiba UK, The Gym Group, and Microsoft UK, latterly specialising in open-source technologies. He was also involved in the local Drupal community, running annual developer events.

Kevin is passionate about the environment and volunteers for The Captin Watson Foundation (formerly Sea Shepherds), doing river and beach cleans and helping out his local Green Party.

Outside work, he can often be found exploring the rivers and seas of the south coast on one of his growing collections of paddleboards.

Ali: Project Manager

Ali has been in the agency world for over a decade, working across roles in design, development and management. 

His career has involved working with a huge range of different businesses and organisations in tech, arts and culture and hospitality. 

Ali has experience in owning and running successful businesses, managing a team and concurrent projects including knowledge of multiple project management styles. 

Alongside management of projects and the commercial aspects of organisations, Ali also has a passion for the environment and pushes businesses to take responsibility for their actions and impact on people and planet.
