Mark: Technical Director
Mark is our technical director with a background in large scale solution and app development. He has over a decade of experience in delivering technology solutions to industries ranging from music to fashion to corporate data. Mark has led teams to produce apps and websites downloaded in over 80 countries using cutting edge ethical tech.

David: Developer
David is Reason Digital’s senior mobile developer for Android and iOS. Having been a developer for over 12 years, 6 of which in mobile development, he has worked on many native apps during his career, from puzzle games, audio recording & streaming to charity donation and health. In his spare time, David loves cooking and mixing cocktails.

Tom: Developer
Based in sunny Bristol Tom has over 9 years experience in web developing since graduating from Plymouth University. Tom is responsible for building some of our beautiful Drupal websites. He’s collaborated with amazing charities such as Terrence Higgins Trust, Alzheimer’s Research UK and Alzheimer’s Society. Not only that – Tom happens to be one of 296 Drupal 8 Grandmasters in the world!

Ben: Developer

Chris: Developer
Chris has built up many years of experience in server side solutions since graduating from Staffordshire University in 2007. Chris has worked on both enterprise scale server side solutions as well as mobile applications. He has experience with a broad range of languages and platforms including .NET, NodeJs/Javascript and Swift. Chris also has a keen interest in cloud computing services has around 2 years AWS experience.

Austin: Front-end Developer

Mark: Front-end Developer
Mark is a member of our Front End Development team. Mark has worked with Reason Digital since 2013 and has over 10 years digital agency experience. Before that Mark attained a bachelor’s degree with honours in Web and Multimedia at the University of Central Lancashire. Mark has worked with clients such as Alzheimer’s Research UK and the University of Manchester and believes in creating websites that are usable on any device and accessible to everybody.

Ryan: Front-end Developer

Arfaan: Head of QA
Arfaan holds a BSc in Computer Science (2012-2015) from Salford University which included programming (Java, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS), UML, and use of agile methodologies (extreme programming, SCRUM etc).
He followed that with a MSc in Digital Marketing (2016-2017). He’s been our QA Tester since May 2015, responsible for quality assurance of web and app development in an agile environment. Arfaan has worked on projects for Virgin Care, BBC Children in Need, The Media Trust, The Teenage Cancer Trust and Terrence Higgins Trust.

Mary: QA Tester
Mary is a Junior QA Tester at Reason Digital. She is a certified ISTQB Manual Software tester with strong analytical skills. She is passionate about her work, and strives to raise and maintain the quality and impact of our partners’ websites. Mary takes pride in ensuring that all products we make at Reason satisfy end-user needs.

Jamie: QA Tester
With a curiosity to the how and whys of technological issues and problems, Jamie took this curiosity and earned a BA (Hons) in Video Games Design.
Having now expanded out of the video gaming world, over the past 3 years he has taken his QA experience into websites, software and mobile applications.
Jamie has worked on projects for The Scouts Association, Diabetes UK, Royal Air Forces Association, and is a key driver in ensuring our project QA methodology follows through into our Support service.
