Development

Mark is the Technical Lead of our Front End Development team. Mark has worked with Reason Digital since 2013 and has over 15 years digital agency experience. Before that Mark attained a bachelor’s degree with honours in Web and Multimedia at the University of Central Lancashire. Mark has worked with clients such as Alzheimer’s Research UK and the University of Manchester and believes in creating websites that are usable on any device and accessible to everybody.

Rose is a Front End Developer. With a background in UX Design and research in the charity sector, Rose has retrained as a Front-End Developer to champion tech and web accessibility. Rose worked in and around the charity sector for over a decade, from volunteering at a local domestic violence charity to working for a mental health charity to working in an agency supporting charities.

She used to run Codebar Norwich, an initiative that helps underrepresented folk learn to code by running monthly free workshops, pairing local developers with students. She now occasionally coaches there when she has time.

She is passionate about accessibility. In her free time, she has co-developed the Toilet Map, which aims to be a complete, up-to-date, sustainable source of toilet locations and is currently the UK’s largest database of publicly accessible toilets. In her free time, she enjoys climbing and cooking.

Mary is a Junior QA Tester at Reason Digital. She is a certified ISTQB Manual Software tester with strong analytical skills. She is passionate about her work, and strives to raise and maintain the quality and impact of our partners’ websites. Mary takes pride in ensuring that all products we make at Reason satisfy end-user needs.
