There’s alway so much focus on what happens before a website or app launch, but the most important part comes after.

As your partner, our goal is to marry our expertise in pro-social web development with the responsiveness and reliability of a specialist website support and maintenance service. Choosing us as your support partners includes: 

  • A single point of contact for all aspects of your relationship with our team. Karys, our amazing support manager, has extensive experience in supporting charities with digital social innovation and website development.
  • The flexibility to pick and choose the level of support that you require by offering two tiers of support. These range from business-critical issues always being taken care of, to support that pulls on the expertise of the whole of Reason Digital. There’s further information on our website support tiers in ‘The approach’ section below.


Dependent on the tier you choose, support ranges from £3,750 per year to £90 per hour for as many hours as you like.

The approach

Depending on your requirements and ambitions, we have two potential support packages to offer our charity partners.

Assurance support

Our assurance support covers your sites for maintenance and security for a fixed annual cost. Typically this costs £3,750/yr per site.

Ongoing support

Assurance Support will ensure the sites remain functional and effective. However, we know you’ll likely identify new features, functionality or changes you’d like to make over the course of the year, so for these requests we’re recommending Ongoing Support Hours. You can raise these as Support tickets to be added and prioritised accordingly.

We are always happy to advise on planned new features and will speak up when we believe there is a more effective or innovative solution based on your needs and priorities.

We’d also be able to utilise your support budget as required with any member of our full-service agency. This means that for everything from strategy, to design to development, we’ve got you covered. It’s like having a team member who is an expert in everything digital!

Support manager

Karys has over seven years of experience in website development and digital marketing, and an extensive background supporting not-for-profits with digital social innovation. Karys now works closely with charities of all shapes and sizes to help them maintain and improve their websites and systems, and loves the variety of requests that come her way. Outside of work Karys loves music and is a talented guitarist, bassist, and drummer!
