That’s exactly why we have a team of expert Digital Partners available to offer ongoing strategic support to our charity partners.

Pricing

Strategic support is generally included within a Support Agreement, as part of a bank of hours. Larger pieces of strategic work will be priced up using our £90 per hour rate.

The approach

Strategic support is provided by one of our Digital Partner team who act as our expert in-house digital advisors. A Digital Partner takes time to get to know each of our charity partners, gaining a deep understanding of your organisation, users and the wider context within which you operate.

The team flex their support to meet your strategic needs because we know that a one-size-fits-all approach isn’t appropriate. As a minimum, your Digital Partner will always be on hand if you have any new ideas to discuss and will proactively reach out with any funding or partnership opportunities.

Digital Partners also provide support at the other end of the spectrum. We’re aware that some charities require support relative to that of an Account Management role, including weekly meetings, budget reporting and new project scoping. We’ve got your back there too.

Our Digital Partners are expert facilitators and strategists and have knowledge ranging from SEO and Google Analytics to digital fundraising and service design. They provide insight from across the sector to help you tackle your digital challenges. Specific activities and projects which can be provided as part of our ongoing strategic support include:

  • Quarterly review meetings to identify upcoming opportunities, review the digital roadmap and scope new projects
  • Analytics reviews to recommend optimisations to the user journey
  • Audits (accessibility, usability or technical)
  • Funding application support
