AI Won’t Save Your Charity, But It Could Still Make a Difference
The way charities deliver services and create content is changing fast. But are we asking the right questions about what AI really means for the sector?
Webinar: AI Won’t Save Your Charity, But it could still make a difference
The charity sector is often on the back foot, especially when it comes to digital. The gap between what others expect us to deliver and the reality we work in continues to grow. Now, with AI firmly here to stay, we have to grapple with it. But rather than a silver bullet, it risks becoming another burden.
Why do we feel pressured to adopt it?
Does it really live up to the hype?
And how could it undermine the sector’s individual and collective knowledge and expertise?
In this session, Reason Digital’s Rose Bonner explores what emerging technologies like AI could unlock for charities, what to be wary of, and how to stay grounded in accessibility and inclusion as digital tools evolve. Inspired by themes explored by our co-founder Matt Haworth, we’ll look at how organisations can respond creatively, critically, and confidently to the shifting digital landscape.
This session is for:
Anyone working in charities, nonprofits, or mission-led organisations who’s wondering where AI fits in, and where it doesn’t.
Whether you’re leading digital change, creating content, managing services, or supporting communities, this conversation is for you.
If you care about using digital tools to do good (and doing that responsibly), you’ll feel right at home.
