Karys: Business Manager

Karys: Business Manager

Karys is our Business Manager. She ensures our social enterprise runs smoothly and develops our internal processes and practices. Karys also ensures our people are happy, covering HR responsibilities and more fun things like our physical workspaces and social events.

Karys is great at spotting efficiencies and opportunities to improve things and always manages to find a solution for anything that gets thrown at her. A self-described “queen of spreadsheets,” Karys is a very logical thinker but also has a great deal of empathy, meaning she is viewed as a trustworthy figure to talk to by our team.

Outside of Reason Digital, Karys co-runs a CIC that helps local charities and community groups. She is passionate about community development and sharing what she has learned at every level of the charity sector. Karys is revered by the team for being one-half of the tragicomic-DIY-folk-punk duo Wonkypuss, probably playing at an open mic night near you soon
