Leighanne: Head of Commercial

Leighanne is the Head of Commercial at Reason Digital. Having worked in e-commerce for the last ten years, Leighanne moved into the tech-for-good space a couple of years ago, driven by an ambition to work more meaningfully. Combining years of e-commerce experience with the challenges faced within charitable organisations, she works with our charity partners to make their digital goals a reality.

Fanni: Head of Marketing

Fanni: Head of Marketing

Fanni Breczku is the Head of Marketing at Reason Digital. Passionate about the ethical and sustainable uses of marketing, Fanni is all about creating meaningful and long-term connections through digital communication and strategies.  

She has previously worked on both client and agency sides, working her way through the ranks with a focus on copywriting, social media and strategic marketing. She has worked with international and UK brands, such as John Lewis & Partners, Canon, Coca-Cola and UK charities such as The Conservation Volunteers, The British Library and many more. 

Greg: Head of Client Success

Greg: Head of Client Success

Greg is the Head of Client Success at Reason Digital and has over 15 years of experience working in digital, design and media agencies. With half that time spent at the agency leadership level in Client Services and Business Development roles, Greg has extensive experience in delivering large-scale, complex digital projects, from bespoke applications to enterprise and open-source content management systems. Across a varied career, Greg’s clients have spanned sectors from films to food and automotive to aviation, but his experiences with Third Sector clients are where he has always found the most rewarding projects and relationships. This drives his passion to help create solutions that make a difference for those who need it most. 

Michael: Client Success Manager

Michael: Client Success Manager

Michael is one of our Client Success Managers. He has spent most of his career building strategic partnerships and managing accounts at various agencies. His background as a youth worker brings a unique perspective to client success that Michael has used to revolutionise how we think of Client Success at Reason Digital. He is passionate about the positive impact that our client partners have on the world. Known for his broad Geordie accent and film knowledge (he used to be a film lecturer at a university!), Michael is a warm, great communicator and a great pair of ears.

May: Client Success Manager

May: Client Success Manager

May is one of the Client Success Managers at Reason Digital. Known for her intuitive, empathetic approach to client management, May embodies our Thinking of The Bigger Picture Value. May’s career has spanned the globe, including client and account management roles in the Middle East, USA, Germany, and the UK, where she has developed a detail-oriented approach to her work. She has previously worked with Start-ups (including starting her own!), big brands (Converse, Ferring Pharmaceuticals) and the third sector. She is passionate about conversations around mental health, social care and equitable treatment of those in need. She speaks three languages and has lived in seven cities spanning five countries. In her free time, she is an avid cook, holds a scuba diving licence and loves climbing, both indoors and outdoors. She successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2016.
